TrusServ Mechanical is Committed to Quality

Customer agrees to pay for all services and materials or parts supplied at the current rates and prices in effect at the time of services are performed. Payment is due upon the receipt of the invoice. Services are being performed as required by the Customer and it is specifically understood that the contractor has not had a previous opportunity to inspect the totality of the system, the equipment, or the maintenance records and that the work must be done immediately. Any legal action against the Contractor relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be commenced with one (1) year from the date of work. In the event Contractor must commence legal action in order to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Customer shall pay Contractor all court costs and attorney fees incurred by Contractor. All parts recorded are warranted to the extent covered by the manufacturer's warranty to us on a replacement basis. No other warranties, expressed or implied, will apply. The labor charges recorded here relative to the equipment serviced as noted, is guaranteed for a period of 30 days. We do not guarantee other parts than those we install. If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately. TruServ Mechanical , LLC shall not be responsible to purchaser for an insured loss. The seller retains title to all materials and properly listed herein until payment has be made in full.
